When you visit the site

The site is served by a hosting provider based outside Türkiye. To deliver the pages to you, your IP address and browser details are processed automatically by this provider. We do not keep visitor logs; the site has no accounts, forms, payments or analytics. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the site securely (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).

When you call or message us on WhatsApp or Instagram

Your name, phone number, message and the address you give us for the service visit are processed to plan and carry out your service request (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c), entering into and performing a contract) and kept only as long as needed for that purpose. WhatsApp and Instagram are provided by Meta Platforms (outside Türkiye).

If you arrived from a Google ad, a WhatsApp message you start from this site ends with the note “(via Google ad)”, so we can count how many conversations come from ads. You see the note before sending and can delete it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).

Transfers abroad

Our hosting provider, Google and Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram) are companies based outside Türkiye. The countries where they process data may not offer the same level of protection as Türkiye does, which can make it harder to exercise your rights.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used for that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to ask for correction if it is incomplete or wrong; to ask for deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7; to ask that the third parties who received the data be notified of these steps; to object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request, together with information that verifies your identity, in writing to the address above (by hand, through a notary or by registered post with return receipt) or by another method listed in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller; it will be concluded within 30 days at the latest and is, as a rule, free of charge. If your request is rejected, the answer is insufficient or no answer is given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Art. 14).
